If, after reading the full details outlined below you feel you would like to collaborate on constructing a SYSTEM of Governance and Society for AFRICA then simply let me know and I can setup an account for you on our document collaboration server (similar to what you may refer to as MS Office 360 Online document server) and forward you the login details so that in your spare time you can bit-by-bit contribute your suggestions/ideas as we (AFRICAN ORIGINATED PEOPLE) probably for the first time in history construct our own African SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE AND SOCIETY. Evidently I assume you know how to use a word processor and use the internet at least on a basic level as if not then this may not be for you.

THE COLLABORATIVE MAKING OF A BLUEPRINT FOR AFRICA (scroll down if you prefer to skip the background info)

    [INTRO/BACKGROUND HISTORY]

In this short attached video clip Joshua Maponga points something extremely important out in respect of the past, present and future existence of those labelled as “black” globally.

Responding to the “GEN Z” dissatisfaction with their corrupt and puppet/muppet elite “class” Joshua Mapongo rightly acknowledges their dissatisfaction BUT questions WHAT is the REPLACEMENT for this CORRUPTED SYSTEM?

Presently, as a people, we are the only group on earth that is wandering around the globe aimlessly, without a clue or plan, borrowing alien systems from everyone else but never constructing our OWN….Time we change that!

Now, let us be honest, just imagine that the Kenyan “GEN Z” actually had a BLUEPRINT to work from, a complete/detailed step-by-step archived document that could show them WHAT and HOW to REPLACE the corrupt colonial inherited systems of governance etc. they are now protesting against with something “African” originated. Just imagine…How wonderful would that not be?

Go on, just imagine the WONDERS they could have done right now by truly trailblazing the path for the rest of Africa as where generations before them failed (woefully) they could have made progress in finally instituting an African based system of governance and society for Africa.

It saddens one to think and realize that despite all the supposed education (well! really “mis-education”) the overwhelming majority of our people have had, as well as, the decades of post-colonial and neo-colonial experience as a people for some strange reason till this day we still have failed to produce a single archived document that outlines a SYSTEM of governance and Society for AFRICA.

We are quick to reach out to “adopt” all the “…isms” such as socialism, communism, capitalism and the demon-hypocrisy YET we could not STOP and recognize that WE should create our OWN system?

We have so many mis-educated and highly indoctrinated knee-grows patting themselves on the backs. posing and feeling good about their weak and inadequate selves by showing off western degrees and and titles (some even posing on one bended-knee to be “knighted” as “Sir” good puppet/slave by their very oppressor) yet not one sensible person amongst all these mis-educated knee-grows could say let us come together and construct OUR OWN SYSTEM….But they were very quick to invest a lot of finance and resources in establishing organizations trained to repress, terrorize and subjugate their own kind….Shameful and disappointing.

Personally, I am at a Cross-Roads on this issue because my conundrum is simple:

    1) Should we (as asked by Joshua Mapongo in the video clip) the older generation be “asking” GEN Z this question of “WHAT WILL THEY RPELACE THE EXISTING SYSTEM WITH”? or

    2) Should we NOT have been the ones “RESPONSIBLE” to provide the REPLACEMENT BLUEPRINT SOLUTION to the GEN Z to enable them work with it as a guide?

After all, we were the generations “before” them and it was both our generation and the ones before us that CAUSED this mess in the first place. To make matters worse, we are the actual ones GUILTY of all the, greed, insensitivity to our own kind, corruption and human rights abuses on our own kind and most nefariously/insidiously, we are the very ones who aided and abetted our oppressors to DEVALUE OURSELVES and the AFRICAN LIFE as well as dehumanize ourselves as African originated people!

Was it not our generation and the ones before that took the so called Foreign Loans/Aid, abused and sold our raw materials, and even looted that cash stashing it all in foreign banks? So why should they (GEN Z and GEN ALPHA) be held accountable for our actions?

Yes! it was we who did all this so WHY should the GEN Z be burdened alone with cleaning this mess up? They did not steal and loot the money and resources, nor did they gleefully, tail wagging, take on all the so called “foreign loans”? ….WE DID!!

Now! listening to Joshua Maponga making this call and yet no one in present day can come up with a BLUEPRINT for “GEN Z” to use to formulate a system for themselves just makes me even more livid knowing that on TWO occasions I personally put in an attempt to try and ask for teamwork/teaming so that we could CREATE/DOCUMENT/ARCHIVE and PRODUCE A BLUEPRINT OF AN AFRICAN SYSTEM SOLUTION that could replace the corrupt colonial legacy “…ISMs and demon hypocrisy” that everyone has seen is worthless to the present or future of Africa and its peoples. One man is not an island irrespective of my multi-tasking skills this is a feat too heavy a burden to carry it needs teamwork/Teaming.

Yet, on those two occasions I experienced some very disheartening responses. The first about 7 years ago in the form of some mentally lost person named “Josey” who claimed to have lived in the Philippines ranting that (“…We dont need no blueprinted system…we need MONEY…” and in another of his senseless rant airing the MINDSET that so bedevils many Africans (I quote:) “…I dont care I just want to be “rich”, I want to be popular, I want people to like me….blah blah!!” no! I am not making this shit up those were his exact words…unknowingly, expressing his low self esteem and self-hate.

To make matters worse on the second attempt in 2022 even when two very helpful people at MsingiAfrika.TV went the extra mile to help us on this issue and connect us to some people claiming to be active with their own registered NGO in Africa that “seemed” to appear to be down with the pan-African movement and speaking all this “….African stuff” they too where a complete comic relief disappointment. As in truth they cared NOT for anything Africa, as like so many these days who form NGO’s or trumpet on “GooTube”, it was just an avenue to get “DONATIONS” as they are totally not interested in the true well-being of Africa as they just desire to “survive” by using “Africa” as a placard/trumpet to obtain funds.

Many rushing to GooTube for token payments/salaries that they are now becoming addicted to fail to understand that the overseers of these platforms such as GooTube/Twitter (largely C.I.A, M.I.6, and Mossad etc.) have now become their virtual employers and they can cut your source of revenue off and censor/shut you down if and when they feel like as you cannot bite the finger that feeds you.

Well, this second “experience” was particularly disturbing as the head person even tried to bullshit me (out of all people in the world) with some comic relief bullcrap (eddie murphy coming to america like fantasy fable) about him originating from the Kingdom of Benin not realising I was the wrong person to peddle that “fake” story to as I have roots in the historical king-maker families of that fable that he tried to prop himself up on and peddle/show off with to us. Yes! Like Sista Souljah before me once said:”…One has to truly ask WHEN WILL KNEE-GROWS ever get SERIOUS and stop the bullcrap!…”.

Anyway, if there is anyone amongst the older generation or even younger ones that has the courage to take on the task of collaborating (teaming/teamworking) to construct/design/document/archive and produce a SYSTEM for AFRICA do feel free to let me know. Even though I may start working on the document one man can not do it alone as this needs a bit of teaming/teamwork to make sure it is a comprehensive document that provides the needed guidance for future generations to implement.

Do not worry you can contribute content from he comfort of your home as we have a fully functional collaborative private/secure digital infrastructure (no! we do not use any of the oppressors platforms we believe in constructing and owning our own platforms) in place that makes collectively producing any document such as this African based SYSTEM document reasonably easy to collaborate on. All you need to have is an internet connection, a web browser, some creative and well-meaning practical Outside-The-Box thinking capabilities and some writing/word processing capabilities (please: no regurgitating “text-books” or online articles and [unless used wisely as a prompt/pointer only] avoid regurgitating Copilot/ChatGPT or Ollama “content” as we need original thought/content and practical step-by-step thinking). The task is one involving great detail and below I have tried to provide a set of pointers as a starting point for anyone struggling to find a starting point on the issue. Just use it as a STARTING POINT:

    BLUEPRINT EXAMPLE CONTENT COVERAGE:

The BLUEPRINT needs to use an Uncensored Minimalistic approach towards producing its content: The Below Content is an Example Only of the sort of coverage and detail of expected coverage, obviously you will need to be more extensive/detailed outlining things in a Step-by-Step clear manner than the examples listed below and covering ALL areas in full detail as needed.

GOVERNANCE SYSTEM: This in itself requires Outside-The-Box-Thinking as we do not need people regurgitating existing western governance systems (No “…ISMS”) as we need to come up with a form that fits well with Africa and taps into the positives of both historical and pre-existing ways of society that existed in historical Africa (not fantasies either but REAL local smaller societies).

The “Mindset” needed to approach this endeavour will need to be able to ignore the racist academic brainwashing and intimidation provided to African historical academicians by the likes of that foolish mental dwarf fellow “T. H. Roper” that once headed one of those UK Universities [cambridge] claiming that Africa has no “history and the only history it has is European blah blah blah!!!….”.

As we need African originated people who can Think-Outside-The-Box and is not afraid to prove such statements above wrong by objectivelyu researching into Africa’s past and genuinely understanding how early Africans in smaller societies were able to live peacefully in statelessness amongst each other prior to the interaction of Europeans. No! statelessness is not “anarchy” as that word simply means “freedom” and has nothing to do with “anarchy”. That “negative connotation” labelled on the word was a european intentional “construct” to ensure they successfully preprogramed your mind to perceive it as something “negative”. Your oppressors needed to impose on that word a negative connotation so as to tarnish it and to get you to mis-educationally regurgitate and perceive it as negative so that the concept of the “State” could thrive and overshadow statelessness. Europeans intentionally did the same negative connotation “trick” to the simple word/color “black” ensuring to diminish it negatively (like Malcom X showed you in the “library scene”) as they are masters of mind control/brainwashing.

Thus, any system of governance here constructed should figure out a way to include self-governance communities (for instance “Council of Elders”) that balance and rotate power/authority regularly to avoid abuse and corruption setting in. In the interim it will need to figure out how to merge/incorporate the existing power/authoritative structures that exist on the short-term with minimal conflict prior to fizzling the old power/authority structures out on the long-term. The concept of “President” should be discarded as putting figure heads on “godly” pedestals is not what AFRICAN governance should be about so instead a system of council of elders or similar should be crafted to replace the western inherited/adopted indoctrinated and mis-educated mindset to governance.

If you feel you do not have the sort of mental abilities to Think-Outside-The-Box on this section, but probably know someone who does do kindly notify them asking them to contribute towards this BLUEPRINTS construct by asking them to get in touch. I am sure you will agree with me when I say, it is now over 60 years of so called “independence”, surely, it is high time someone, somewhere, PRODUCED a blueprint so that the next group of African people who have the courage to express dissatisfaction at the adopted and inherited legacy systems have SOMETHING practical to help guide them rather than letting their dissatisfaction all end up as another EMPTY rant and Rage circus exercise with numerous lives lost in the process for nothing.

Without a PLAN to work with/from those who are labelled as “Black” globally and who have been intentionally targeted for SERVITUDE, DEHUMANISATION and SUBJUGATION will continue to wander this earth Clueless, Ignorant and LOST…lets try our best to change that!

FINANCE SYSTEM: Here the thinking should be on HOW to design a means of exchange. Thus, an “exchange” means of continental (Africa) acceptance. A step-by-step plan that acts as a means of implementation (bearing in mind sabotage and foreign diabolical and insidious actions to thwart such a system going live) and a practical means of maintenance and upgrade of such a monetary system (as you will need the passing of time to fine-tune what you are putting to production).

For those who genuinely “understand” this, Taxation is a political trickery legacy derived from the rule of european “monarchs” and should have no place in a modern AFRICAN SYSTEM as the lame cover-up argument that “Governments” need to “raise” money is ludicrous “because” governments are the ones WHO MINT/MAINTAIN money so the concept of taxation for subjugation should not feature in any AFRICAN financial design.

Once the means of exchange has been defined and made acceptable governments “have” money because they are in truth “THE” MONEY institutions such as “banks” are just intermediaries linked to a “CENTRAL” bank governed by government. Thus, levying taxation is really a form of tactical SUBJUGATION and in a future Africa we need to create a just/fair, transparent and honest set of SYSTEMS that eliminate SERVIITUDE AND SUBJUGATION and instead replaces them with CARE/RESPECT/DIGINTY/INTEGRITY for African people in a HUMANE manner. Therefore, if you are someone with a mis-education/indoctrination in financial matters and you still fail to comprehend this reality then given the depth of your indoctrination you are not the best person to design such a system.

TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS: Where we analyse the present state of the infrastructure and then afterwards design a self-sufficiency [not dependent on foreign concoction of raw materials/chemicals for creating substances like tar/roads etc.] practical method of creating stable, durable and reliable road/cycle/pathway networks that can be constructed using only local available raw materials.

This evidently will go hand in hand with tooling and the design of industry tools needed for the task. Emphasis should be on designing systems that facilitate high speed forms of internal rail or similar transport systems that connect the major points in every amalgamated state of Africa. Then break off subsystems should be designed to cater for inter state transportation. The idea here is to provide and encourage alternate means of transport such as mechanised bikes and other innovative, reliable, safe and functional lower level transport means that individuals within their locality may come up with as concepts. A design for identifying, managing, practicalizing its positive use and maintaining all natural waterways and tributary systems will be needed and made a part of this section.

ICT & TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS: Here the idea is to both incorporate ICT into virtually everything administrative and to figure out ways to turn raw materials into finished products needed for all of the continents ICT and Technology needs. ICT needs to be incorporated into virtually everything governance where instead of having cameras spying on the public the cameras are actually pointing inward on governance in order to attain TRANSPARENCY/INTEGRITY and thus aid in ACOUNTABILITY.

Any, and all, local level outlets need to provide readily accessible information through public kiosks that in real time update its information provided for public consumption. This particular sector will be incorporated into ALL other sectors as it is the backbone for a modern society as without it you will have no defence, transport, communication capabilities on the continent so this sector needs special attention and detail paid to it. This section will also be charged with designing a collection of carefully designed INTRANET (note I have not said “internet but intranet) systems that are all interconnected securely through resilient and fast cabling infrastructure (no wireless systems) so as to make eaves dropping/tampering hard as well as make the use of signalling less of a human health hazard.

HEALTH & WELLNESS SYSTEMS: The idea here is to learn from history itself and design systems that reject the pharmaceutical approach where DEPENDENCIES are systematically introduced and cemented but instead construct systems that focus on PREVENTION rather than fake cures. Evidently all the same required testing and monitoring systems need to be designed to ensure/assure quality but loopholes for systemic dependencies and lock-ins must be identified and closed. Systems of localized well-being centers need to be designed and access should be provisioned to be available for everyone in need without government record keeping as the relationship should be left to medics and patient. Therefore, well structured investigative centers should be incorporated for patient concerns and reports of malpractice as a safeguard.

DEFENSE & SECURITY SYSTEMS: The concept here is to incorporate science and technology with a mindset of what I call “Reversible Defence” such the thinking should be to design systems that can prevent external attacks reversing them in the direction from where they originated. For instance the scientific mindset should be geared towards designing systems that understand nuclear weapons and devising systems that can neutralize/diffuse or enable the boomerang effect of such weapons once they approach the national airspace. Thus, either disintegrate them in mid flight or return them to sender in mid-flight. Understanding nature and utilising nature and weather systems to aid in designing and implementing from cradle to grave what one calls “return to sender” defence systems should be amongst the priorities of the scientist involved in defence.

Working closely with the EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS the defence system to be designed should ensure that the highest level of scientific and technical excellence is learned and attained from the educational sector systems being designed. The large effort will be placed on scientific/technical defence gradually eliminating the need for human life loss through traditional non-functional colonial inherited/adopted armies (as they truly have no place in a future world as “human-being” armies will be ineffective [sitting ducks] in most techno-modern warfare engagements).

All points of entry such as sea, land and air of the African continent should be addressed in detail. The present state of defence in all African countries will need to be researched/factored in and ways to first merge them over time into an African continental force will need to be factored in prior to transitioning those presently serving within the armed forces into normal society life and then finally having the colonial armed forces inherited/adopted system replaced with a more sophisticated modern scientific/technical presence as a continent defence mechanism. Africa has all the raw materials within it to make it the worlds most self-sufficient nation so it is high time we look inwards and not outwards to our solutions.

AGRICULTURE & FEEDING SYSTEMS: We need to design small scale mass systems that promote and stimulate localised production. Thus, practical strategies and processes should be designed to encourage/stimulate local farming practices to be established. This way you prevent monolithic greed, domination and corruption from happening. Feeding AFRICA should be the prime concern of these Agricultural systems to be designed on a local level while concepts such as “feeding the world” (if considered) should be of tertiary importance and treated as a goodwill gesture only.

These systems should be designed to ensure no monolithic organization or set of organizations can creep in to control and stranglehold Africa and its people as he who controls the food chain controls the life of those locked into that food chain. These systems to be designed must ensure such dependency never occurs.

EMPLOYMENT SYSTEMS: The objective of any system design here should be the stimulating of self-employment rather than solely focusing on government aided employment handouts.

Turning Africans into hand-out children should have no place in this system as outlets should be designed to help people become self-employed and self-sufficient/self-reliant. Community centers should be considered and detailed within the design so as to be used to assist those that need genuine assistance or who have fallen on the way-side to get back on to their feet. These employment systems should also address the issue of disabilities and cater for them providing assistance where needed for those in genuine need. The focus of design in these systems should always be centred around self-sufficiency, self-sustainability, self-reliance, local community leverage and self-help.

EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS: The objective here is clear. Eradication of the present Mis-Education/Indoctrination and the replacement of it with a properly structured, meaningful, measurable/monitored system of providing skills, wisdom, integrity and knowledge to the mass population within a given time frame for formal education.

The idea is not to design a system that attempts to consume the early life span of an individual within the formal/structured education space with that of being outside the formal education space where other forms of knowledge and wisdom can be acquired. Thus, he purpose is to provide “qualitative” relevant skills and knowledge and not quantitative time consuming ones.

Compartmentalisation of education needs to be replaced with multi-tasking capabilities, where individual recipients of any formalized education can fit multiple roles where and when needed. Thus, they are literate and skilled in various roles.

Working hand in hand with the Well-Being systems and the ICT systems the idea here is to design an educational system that does away with the old colonial system and replaces it with one that offers more relevance and quality and consumes less time in class and attendance (i.e. reduce physical attendance from 5 days to 4 days providing more time for students to be with family, actually study what was learned, and recreational activities) and ensures a better quality of skills that are relevant to the society at large.

Thus, close attention should be paid to the actual “content” of formal education and all designed formal content should be relevant, meaningful, practical and realistic and most importantly objective in structure (no “his-stories”). Education should focus solely on providing skills and scholastic relevance to society and anything else needs to be removed from being formalised into the educational system. Thus, formalised state provided education should be neutral and devoid of being made breeding grounds for fraternities, religions and tribalism. Just as politics and religion should not mix the same applies to education.

JUSTICE AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK SYSTEMS: Systems that “prevent” the hijacking of laws and policies being steered and manipulated in order to cater for “elitism”, political agendas and corruption need to be created as these vices all need to be blocked.

Here a lot of innovative Thinking-Outside-The-Box will be needed as these systems must ensure they are able to apply what ever system is designed consistently over time. Fairness, Justice and Objectivity needs to be deeply entrenched into the system design with provision for bringing anyone and everyone (no individual, government or organization should be above the justice framework) fairly within the bounds of the legal framework to be established. The system should cater to be universal in that all states/localities share the same processes for fairness purposes. The system should NOT be one based on “lock-n-Key” as inherited by the colonial oppressors legal system, but rather creative thinking needs to be injected into minimising societal complications that demand large numbers of people ending up being incarcerated. This system should focus its design on prevention rather than cure as well. Thus, it should take a caring interest in the day to day lives of those it is expected to provide justice to. Additionally, respect of “Natural Law” must be embedded deep in this system and serve as its bases for the legal framework itself.

This system also needs to work closely with the ICT systems as mechanism of public transparency/accountability will need to be designed into these systems such that all court proceedings need to be displayed/streamed publicly along designated kiosks so that “impartial” hearings or corrupted hearings can easily be prevented and identified by the public as all hearings or legal sessions should employ transparency and be accessible to the public…thereby being the “peoples” hearings and not some “elitist” grouping of legal representatives conducting hearings in private circles. This system must in essence embed various strategies and ICT tools to ensure public TRANSPARENCY of all court proceedings/hearings, interactions and transactions.

OVERSEER & DIASPORA FRAMEWORK SYSTEMS: A system needs to be designed that will act as an overseer organization that can in effect render the African Union irrelevant as that organisation has become compromised and has oppressor blood revenue (donations) on its hands as it has gone on its knees far too many times to accept payments in the guise of donations from the very colonial masters and others that the founding fathers set the organization up to resist against.

Thus, it has outlived its relevance and needs to be substituted by one that is truly independent from any other oppressor organization (such as the UN) and it must be fully “African” owned, run and managed. There are organizations already in existence/planning (for instance the Pan African ones) and they, with a bit of restructuring and planning could easily take on this role as long as they also in turn include transparency and accountability processes and measures within their own organizational framework.

Additionally this system should cater for processes and plans that bridge the Diaspora with the Mainland and ensures the Diaspora is deeply rooted in the African unification process as there is strength in numbers so this system should focus on re-uniting/building and strengthening those bonds and continually maintaining those bonds with every existing diaspora grouping that can be identified globally from remote Brazilian villages all the way to the African originated peoples located in sub-Indian villages as all need to be identified and unification oriented bonds formed and maintained.

INTERIOR AFFAIRS SYSTEM: This system should be designed in detail to replace “everything” colonial that remains with Africa. From street names, to buildings to roads, to monuments and nature. EVERYTHING must be Africanised. This system will also have the special responsibility in working with the educational system to oversee the NARRATIVE of AFRICA and all its present day Educational Content and come up with designs/systems that replace them with an Africanised input that is also objective in character and free from colonially inherited/adopted pre-suppositions or ignorance.

This section should also come up with a plan for internal local security for society as it could be designed based on local counties recruiting, training, skilling and rotating their own internal people-based street security units or it could be one that is designed to have the security units rotated around the whole continent to ensure corruption or power abuse/ethnic rivalries do not occur within the local security forces. Whatever system is designed it has to be one that is built on a strong foundation of genuine CARE for the people and their well-being within society so that there is no alienation between the people and those tasked with securing their localities. This system should be designed to replace what is presently known as the police force.

FOREIGN AFFAIRS SYSTEMS: Needless to say this system will be designed so as to disable the functionality of individuals willy-nilly jetting around the globe, thinking they are wanna-be elite superstars and getting corrupted along the way.

“Foreign Affairs” will be designed in such a way that it is the “peoples” affairs. As ICT will work closely with this sector to ensure all meetings, discussions, interactions and interfaces will be publicly visible to the general public via digital outlet kiosks/billboards streamed live, as there should never be any “secret” discussions/meetings ever held between council of elders and foreigners as transparency needs to be the order of the day.

ICT will hook all communication nodes and streaming activities into publicly available large town hall screens (similar to the large kiosks you see at airports presently) and interaction with the outside world will be made the affairs of the “people” to avoid chicanery, deceit, collusion, underhandedness, temptation, corruption and illicit dealings. Who ever takes this section on will need to Think-Outside-The-Box (while keeping a close vigil on the box) and come up with something very original and innovative and produce a “catch-all system that will ensure Foreign Affairs is turned into the affairs of the PUBLIC with no secrecy.

SOCIAL SYSTEMS: The underlying design starting point here should be one of innovating/constructing African modernised systems that protect as well as stimulate children to thrive. Design programs for local coordinated recreation, family, elders, disabled and the respectful/mutual interactions of the general public. Creative program’s will need to be crafted and systems of administration of these programs drawn up.

Harmony, peace, and welfare will need to be deeply embedded in any system in this sector. Additionally this sector will work closely with the Unification sector to ensure Africans remain united.

This section will interact with the ICT systems heavily as it will be charged with designing digital platforms that will be AFRICANISED and replace the existence of the present western platforms. Planning this you will need to incorporate implementable plans of “HOW TO” ween the overwhelming masses of African people who currently have enslaved themselves digitally to western platforms over on to any Africanised platform. The system must be designed in such a way as to attract/encourage/stimulate the youths largely to appreciate “using” and “owning” what is AFRICAN and encourage them to start setting up their “own” systems rather than locking themselves into western digital tools where they form slippery dependencies that could over time come back to haunt them, censor them and shut them down at whim. These digital systems and tools should be encouraged as people ventures so as to also avoid in future any local or continent governance abuse of such systems. Due to the adaptation and flexibility provided by forming INTRANETS over internets privacy, availability and security should be well planned into the system to ensure inter state/region interactions can take place unhindered.

UNIFICATION SYSTEMS: The backbone of this blueprint is figuring out a way to ensure the UNIFICATION OF AFRICA. Figuring out a way to ensure the Amalgamation of African States is the belly of this blueprint:

The systems designed here will first deeply research the development conundrum and challenges of dis-unity then proceed from there to address all identified item of the conundrum/dis-unity with the aim of devising practical step-by-step guides on “HOW TO” over come them. Following this, then systems of dissolving (once and for all) the legacy of colonial rule will need to be designed in a step-by-step manner, such that ALL present borders will need to be gently dissolved in a timely manner and then amalgamated into a single continental whole.

Thus, this must be a system of where the present colonially inherited and adopted power and authority based leadership/governance systems can be gently steered and moved to a continent shared leadership roles in the form of a “council of elders” (or anything similar that will work) without friction.

Next, over a given period of time those transitioned legacy heads of state will be fizzled away and a new structure of governance for a new Africa should take over. Whatever new system of continental governance that replaces the legacy corrupt colonial system has to ensure a number of things never repeat themselves, such as the below ten pointers,.

    1) THE “LIFE” of an African anywhere in the world will NEVER AGAIN BE DEVALUED, SUBJUGATED OR DEHUMANIZED

    2) Slavery (physical or digital) will NEVER be permitted to ever happen again
    3) The SELF-DEVALUATION OF OWN KIND WILL BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE AND PUNISHED SEVERLY
    4) Clear orchestrated “Attempts” of Dis-Unity will be seen as acts of high treason
    5) NEVER AGAIN WILL ANY GROUP OF AFRICANS ENACT ANY FORM OF VIOLENCE OR TERROR WITH THE INTENT OF INFLICTING MASS DESTRUCTION UPON ANOTHER GROUP OF AFRICANS
    6) NEVER AGAIN WILL ANY AFRICAN CHILD GO HUNGRY
    7) NEVER AGAIN WILL ANY AFRICAN CHILD BE DEPRIVED OF A PROPER EDUCATION
    8) NEVER AGAIN WILL ANY AFRICAN CHILD BE SUBJECT TO RAPE, TORTURE, SODOMIZATION or TERROR
    9) NEVER AGAIN WILL AN AFRICAN CHILD BE PLACED IN A VULNERABLE POSITION
    10) NEVER AGAIN WILL AN AFRICAN LIFE BE SUBJECT TO SERVITUDE

The unification process must be placed on a time line and all processes of “HOW TO” achieve unification within that time line shall be clearly outlined step-by-step in whatever system is designed in this section.

NATURE SYSTEMS: A system for the conservation and protection of Africa’s natural environment inclusive of its known and unknown raw material resources and all of the creators creation within that natural environment must be factored in the design. Everything within nature needs to be treated respectfully so the system will need to figure out ways of ensuring nature is respected and managed by all inhabitants/groups.

TOURISM & RECREATION SYSTEMS: Systems developed in this section will need to detail a plan for creating, managing, maintaining and implementing a system that caters for the overall impact of “volume” movement of peoples from place to place and the regular entertainment of people locally. It should be structured around local solutions and exchange programs with other African counties/provinces/regions. The system should also have rooted in it the education sector to ensure local recreational exchange and travel occurs at planned intervals for ALL formalized/structured institutes of learning on the continent. In short, Tourism here should be “inward” looking and inward developed for the benefit of all Africans within Africa.

MANUFACTURING & RAW MATERIALS PROCUREMENT SYSTEM: This is going to be a tough one largely due to the level of insidious and diabolical manipulation, deceit and outright terror that goes on by both foreign criminals and (sadly) our own corrupt political/administrative elite class criminals who aid and abet the process.

However, a bit of Thinking-Outside-The-Box (while keeping a vigil on the box) can come to the assistance here. The plan here is to figure out a step-by-step method of “HOW TO” first STOP the LOOTING, then figure out a method to ensure ALL loopholes are protected from exploitation, then followed by “HOW TO” evenly manage the total known and unknown mineral wealth of the continent.

Following this, the task of “how to” SELF-harness the raw materials as needed and then “HOW TO” convert the raw materials to states of refinement where they can then be used for production of finished goods incorporating a plan for managing waste. The whole value chain will need to be planned, documented and archived. Designing training and skills content for the public will need to be embedded in this design. This should also include a plan for stimulating, encouraging, skilling and educating the public in production, innovation and development techniques. Thus, the whole system MUST be one of SELF-RELIANCE, SELF-SUSTAINANCE and SELF-PRODUCTION from a birth to death cycle.

BUSINESS AND TRADE SYSTEMS: The idea here is to develop systems that facilitate inter continental trade on a mutual level. The systems should design methods to encourage and facilitate healthful trading within the continent. Kindly note: the MINDSET required here is innovate thinking that is Outside-The-Box which is also free from presuppositions such as presupposing “taxation” if you cannot recognize that “Taxation” is a legacy of european monarchy and merely a mechanism of control and servitude by those elites in governance then this section is NOT for you. Government is the body responsible for “making/minting Money” and distributing it, and working its value ratings thus, in truth the PUBLIC have nothing to do with this process beyond being sold the ILLUSION that they have a public coffer.

An African system must be one that is FAIR, HONEST, TRANSPARENT, DEVOID OF TRICKERY, DEVOID OF DECIET and PEOPLE CENTRIC. So if you studied economics and still cannot grasp this reality then the Brainwashing/Mis-Education/Indoctrination on you is way too deep and as such you are not well suited to handle this section of the plan.

TRANSPARENT VOTING/ELECTORAL SYSTEMS: Here ALL voting systems should be made transparent. By coordinating this section with the ICT section the objective here is to design systems that put technology to good use so that every decision, suggestion, vote, rule or policy is made publicly available digitally (via large county bill boards/kiosks that are part of a planned collection of “INTRANET” networks that, themselves, are wired using resilient technological cabling available such as fibre [not wireless] through out the continent) for the public to see over a period of time and then act/vote upon.

The idea here is to employ technology positively to ensure governance transparency, integrity and accountability (and not the reverse of spying on the public) in EVERY sector of administration.

Thus no rule, law or policy should ever be passed unless the PUBLIC (not a select compartmentalised “elite” class of politicians or department groups) have digitally reviewed then transparently voted on it.

LOCAL COUNCIL SYSTEMS: systems to cater for historical tradition African cultures and values will need to be designed and factored in. Here the systems should cater for the traditional needs of existing sub-cultures.

Although once the border division of colonial rule are removed a lot will change “naturally” because then many of the artificial “cultures” and lifestyles that evolved out of colonial “hustle” such as the “Warrant Chiefs”, ethnic “bismarck” country separation claims (i.e. due to colonial borders) will gradually evaporate for instance the Oshiwambos who speak a similar language but got separated by bismarck borders will no longer be divided by colonial “country” centric ideological borders) .

However, in the interim systems still need to be developed to address many of the possible complications that may arise from resistance from the likes of “warrant chiefs”, “sell-outs” and colonial structures of power and authority that evolved that will become desperate to clutch on to their prominence and advantages gained during colonial and neo-colonial scavenging.

    ==============================================================================

PLEASE NOTE THIS LIST IS NOT COMPLETE IT IS MERELY A “STARTING” POINT FOR YOUR OWN THOUGHTS TO DEVELOP ON.

KINDLY ASK YOURSELF: If WE do not do it, who then will?

How can we the older generation really burden the younger generation (GEN Z and GEN ALPHA) with a problem WE caused?

Let us do the right thing and construct, document, archive and have ready a BLUEPRINT that future generations can use to bring about sanity, peace and harmony amongst our own kind on the African continent. It would be folly of us to expect the very oppressor that has for centuries lied, cheated, deceived, manipulated, sodomized, abused, terrorized, mis-educated, indoctrinated and dehumanised you to do it for you.

It is even more folly to expect the puppets, muppets and clandestine gangster henchmen that help maintain the corrupt legacy colonial system for the wanna-be elites, frolicking in puppet “classism”, to do it as they, in turn, to maintain their inherited elitist structures, NEED things this way (corrupted and in chaos) in order for them to subjugate you and make you servile and thereby ensure their persistent “class” based dominance over you.

Let us now do the right thing because we can!

Kindly tell anyone you may know that you think is capable of collaborating digitally to construct such an end document to reach out and assist.

Alternatively if you can do it “yourself” simply use what is written here as your pointer reference and do it yourself then “share” it with the African populace when done so we at least know a BLUEPRINT like this exists.

As an individual I do not have the “answers” or even full pointers to all of these requirements, but with a little teaming/teamwork together we can figure out the answers and produce the needed BLUEPRINT.

Conclusively, once completed the document will be formalized, documented, archived and made freely available in digital format to All African originated individuals globally.

May Inner Peace of Mind, Body and Soul be with you and do Stay Strong!

    Peace
