We need a mass MINDSET shift and we also badly need a new Africanized “SYSTEM” to be developed. The question is HOW realistically can we get the needed brains to come together to start working on plans and strategies that are implementable to doing these two tasks? We need to slow down on the talking and figure out HOW TO start the planning and implementing and then the maintaining.
